Jambalaya Rice with Salad

1 medium Shallot

2 clove Garlic

2 small chilly

1/2 tea spoon tumeric

1/2 Red Pepper

1/2 Carrot ( diced)

Seafood Mix (Prawn, Squid, Mussel)

Chicken Pieces

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cup Rice

2 cup water


Heat pan with oil and a little butter, fried shallot, garlic and small chili until dark brown, Stir in tumeric and add carrot with red pepper. Then, add seafood mix and chicken. Finally, put in the rice followed by water. Wait until cooked. Serve with cold salad.
