Boiled Lobster with White Sauce

1 Boiled Lobster

White Sauce



2 tbs Butter



2 tbs Self Raising Flour



1 1/2 cup Fresh Milk



1 tsp Fish Sauce



Chicken Cube



Salt and Pepper



Heat the lobster in boiling water for 10 minutes. To make the white sauce, put butter in a sauce pan followed by flour to make rue. Please remember to keep stirring until the flour blend into the butter. Put in the fish sauce and chicken cube. Then, pour fresh milk and keep stirring until the sauce thicken. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
